The short story is that since I was very young I have always wanted to help people, Help them to laugh, to be happier, to find each other and to help them to know there is something more in the world than what we can physically touch. 

The invisible thread that connects us all has many names, some call it soul, some call it spirituality, some call it light, some call it being an angel, a good friend, family member, Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, Cousin, Aunt, Uncle, Boss, Mentor or BFF. 

The idea to share SPIRITUAL ME as a book came to me about on January 3, 2015 at 1 am after an abandoned walk replaced by cheese cake and coffee with my husband. 

Were living in extreme times and one almost can't bear looking at the daily news stories to hear of what has happened and yet the world needs us now more than ever to inject love, happiness and positivity into the world.  Yes, I believe the world and as many of us as possible need to think of others and share our time, talent or treasures, whilst being happy and filled with optimism and certainty to create a ripple effect.

SPIRITUAL ME is my way of helping others to be able to be happy and to also help their family, friends and communities.  I wanted to be able to share my Spiritual Knowledge and 'Go to! Tools' and came up with 'SPIRITUAL ME - A PRACTICAL SPIRITUAL GUIDE FOR THE TIMES WE LIVE IN'.
